Jack Elston

Jack Elston

Acting President/CEO

Jack is CEO and co-founder of Black Swift Technologies. He has a strong background in conducting in-situ atmospheric measurements from UAS and issues associated with operating unmanned aircraft in hazardous conditions. Dr. Elston received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is the technical lead on all avionics. He has been the PI for Phase I and Phase II SBIR efforts including developing systems sampling hurricanes with UAS and investigation of Venus’ atmosphere with fixed-wing aircraft.

Director – Corporate Communications

Kimiko’s primary focus is on providing economic, research, data analysis, and productivity gains across a multitude of industries and operational environments within the sUAS platforms, including air, space, ground, and maritime domains.

Vic Moss

Vic Moss

Director – Legislative Affairs

Vic is the COO/Vice President at the Drone Service Providers Alliance. A commercial photographer, he has owned Moss Photography since 1988 and offered drone services since 2014. He is a nationally recognized voice for drone safety and an advocate for drone regulation. He administers the UAV Law News & Discussion Group and one of the largest commercial UAS pilot forums. Vic also works with the FAA as one of five FAA Safety Team Drone Pros for the Denver FSDO, encompassing all of Colorado and Wyoming. Vic was also appointed to the Drone Advisory Committee in January 2021 as a Citizen UAS Operator.

Alexis Creedy

Director – Education Outreach

Alexis is the Curriculum Manager at Unmanned Safety Institute, Melbourne, Florida, where she develops, implements, and maintains UAS academic and commercial programs and curriculum; creates and manages inbound and outbound marketing programs, including monthly newsletters and manage the Learning Management System, student support, customer care, and troubleshooting. Alexis has a Master of Science in Unmanned Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Grant Fuellenbach

Director – Community Relations

Grant Fuellenbach is a licensed drone pilot with over 10 years of experience in software and drone technology. Working as both the sales operations manager at Pix4D as well as the managing partner of Drone Pros in Denver, he is experienced in many facets of drone applications; real estate imagery, drone data collection, 3D modeling and measurements, drone marketing, and dynamic commercial reporting. Grant is helping build Colorado’s only 501(c)(6) non-profit advocating for the unmanned aircraft community.

Chris Cressy

Director – Industry Interface

Chris is the Regional Managing Director at Pix4D, Denver, Colorado. Chris is all about Drones, UAS, UAV, aerial imaging, photogrammetry, digital video, 3D reality modeling, IoT and IT, business development, sales management, channels, partnerships, proposals, program management, software design, product development, research, and innovation.

Todd Spain

Director – Governmental Affairs

Todd is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Advanced Mobility Collective. He is a member of the NASA Advanced Air Mobility Working Group and serves as an advisor, consultant, and serves on numerous Boards. Todd has three decades of experience leading technology companies, guiding product advances, and has held numerous executive and senior leadership roles with a wide range of companies.

Sean D. McClung

Chairman of the Board

Sean is a co-founder of UAS Colorado. He also serves as the CEO and co-founder of the National Veterans Vocational Village (NV3) Foundation, Colorado Springs, Colorado, restoring veterans to community life and productivity. He has years of experience in crisis management, strategic analysis & planning, government/political interface, and personnel/group leadership & management. He comes with several years of military RPA experience with special operations and US Northern Command. His education includes an MA in International Relations / Strategic Studies from International University, London, a BS from Warrington College at the University of Florida, and military training including Air War College and technical specialty courses such as space operations, joint air & missile defense operations, homeland security & defense, special operations.

John Dixon Huguley

Vice Chairman of the Board

John is a co-founder of UAS Colorado. He also serves as the Director of Operations at Lemasters Group Consulting and Services, Warrenton, Virginia. He is a 1988 Graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and completed a 24-year Air Force career spanning 12 years active duty and 12 years in the Air Force Reserves. He is a Command Pilot with over 30,000 total hours of flight.  He is rated in the T-38, T-1A, KC-10A, and T-37 aircraft. He was an Instructor Pilot for the Specialized Undergraduate Flight Training program in the T-1A and T-38 aircraft.

Allen Bishop

Secretary of the Board

Allen is a co-founder of UAS Colorado. He also serves as the President/CEO of Reference Technologies Inc., Lafayette, Colorado where he is the architect of the company’s Hybrid Unmanned Aerial Systems, and ground-based robotics solutions. He started up multiple companies including VisionTEK, a leading mobile software applications company focused on the law enforcement market, and Automated Storage Inc, a robotics-based data storage company. He is a reserve volunteer with the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office and serves on the SWAT Tech Team. He is an Air Force veteran and pilot with a 2nd class medical certificate and 5,000 hours of pilot in command experience.

Contstantin Diehl

Distinguished Member of the Board

Constantin is a co-founder and past President of UAS Colorado. In his fifteen-year career in the Automotive Industry, Constantin has worked in R&D, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing planning, International Program Management, and Sales, providing a solid understanding of all aspects of Product Development. He has performed in key roles managing International Product Development and Product Launch Projects with multi-cultural and multi-lingual product teams. He has an educational background in Industrial Product Design and Mechanical Engineering. Constantin is a private pilot and commercial remote pilot.

Dr. Brian Argrow

Distinguished Member of the Board

 Dr. Argow is a co-founder of UAS Colorado. He also serves as a Professor and Chair, Ann and H.J. Smead Aerospace Engineering Sciences Director, Integrated Remote & In-Situ Sensing Systems Program (IRISS), and the Schaden Leadership Chair at the Research and Engineering Center for Unmanned Vehicles (RECUV) at the University of Colorado Boulder.
